Hi, I’m Sandy Kaduce, an Associate Broker with Gallery Homes Real Estate. I live and work in Mukilteo, just 20 miles north of Seattle, and I service an area that stretches from I-90 north to the Snohomish/Skagit county line. I’ve lived most of my life in the communities within and north of Seattle, and today this continues to be the area I know best.
When I first got into blogging in 2005, it was still a fairly new thing and most of the real estate blogs out there focused primarily on urban areas such as Seattle. One thing I know is that the concerns of the north end community are not necessarily shared by someone living in Seattle or on the Eastside. So, since there were no blogs covering the north end, I decided to create this blog to provide a voice for our issues and our concerns. The intent here is to combine a focus on news and events in the communities north of Seattle with information about the local and national real estate market.
Community is important to me, whether it’s online in the form of this blog, or “in real life.” Some of my community activities include:
