With everything that has been going on this week, I’m a bit late getting this events calendar put together, but here goes:
This Weekend Through Sunday
The Lady Washington and Hawaiian Cheiftain “tall ships” are in port at the Everett Marina. You can do the free dockside tour, or for a fee you can go on the sunset cruise, or experience a mock sea battle. This is definitely my pick for those with kids as it is both educational and fun. And for those without kids but who appreciate these beautiful sailing vessels, it’s also worth the trip.
Port of Everett is also hosting the 2nd Annual Puget Sound Pirate Festival. Pirates will be putting on swordfighting demonstrations and entertaining the crowds all day at the Marina, in conjunction with the “tall ships” visit. Sounds like a great day down by the water to me!
Friday
City of Bothell hosts its Music in the Park concert tonight starting at 6:30 at the park at Bothell Landing. Concerts are held Fridays through August 24.
Saturday
Kenmore Summer Fest features a classic car show, live entertainment, inflatable rides and more. 11 to 4pm at Inglemoor High School.
Edmonds Museum Farmers Market - in downtown Edmonds every Saturday from 9am to 3pm.
Sunday
Everett Farmer’s Market in the Lombardi’s parking lot on the Everett waterfront (Marine View Drive) from 11 to 4 pm.
Wednesday
