I loved the movie Master and Commander.  Something about the idea of sailing the bounding main on a ship far out to sea, out of sight of land, and without an internet connection really appeals. 

Okay maybe not.  But I do think sailing ships are really neat.  And there are two sailing ships in town this weekend!  The Lady Washington and Hawaiian Chieftain are in port at the Everett Marina this weekend through Sunday.  Check out the article in the Herald for more information.
